| VHS Classroom Recording System | ||

VHS classroom-recording systems allow you to do video
recordings in the comfort of your assigned room. Systems include a VHS camera, a
tripod and a cabled microphone for clarity in audio and video recording.
This is an alternative to coming to the TV studio (C202) to record student or
guest presentations.
Please allow 72-hour notice for classroom delivery & set-up. Instruction on equipment operation is available during our faculty equipment circulation hours. |

For those few rooms not equipped with a video presentation
equipment, we
have one TV/VCR unit available. It includes a 27" TV and a VHS video
player. Please allow 48-hour notice for delivery. Due to safety issues and the excessive wear-and-tear from moving equipment between buildings, this unit is available only in the main building. |

Our portable easels are available for your on or off-campus
presentations.

| AV Equipment Cart | ||
 |
Our equipment carts have a power bar and come in a variety
of heights. They are handy for moving a variety of items. For safety reasons, please limit the weight of the items to be moved to less than 125lbs. |

| Overhead Projector | ||

Our portable overhead is ideal for off-campus presentations. This unit has a collapsible projection head for transporting ease. It also has a spare-lamp function so you won't get caught without a lamp. | |

| Slide Projector As of '04 Kodak will discontinue all slide projector production | ||

Our circulating Kodak slide projectors come equipped with
80 or 140 slide trays, a
full-function remote control, and reading lamp.
Please consult with us about your presentation so that we can equip you with a proper lens, remote cable and when necessary a screen or cart and security cable. |

Tripod projection screens are available for your off-campus presentations or use on-campus in areas not currently equipped with projection screens. | |

| Audio Tape Player/Recorder | ||

Adequate for non-professional recordings our standard-tape audio cassette recorders are available with an external microphone for cleaner audio recording. | |

||
| Portable P.A. | ||
 |
Portable P.A. systems are available for sound amplification
in campus spaces where there is not currently a sound system installed.
Please plan accordingly as many situations require a technician for setup and operation. |

| 35mm Camera | ||
 |
Our 35mm camera is available to faculty for the development of classroom presentation slides or prints.
It is also useful for classroom or event documentation purposes. We do not supply film or processing services. Photos for public release must be done through the Publications Office. For publicity photos please contact Dennis Koonz at 775-1364. |
